Jane E. Sullivan

Jane E. Sullivan founded her own law practice, Law Offices of Jane E. Sullivan, in Fall River, Massachusetts, in 1996, focusing on elder and estate planning law. She recognized the need for quick and personalized estate planning services, which has been the core of her practice ever since. She was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1985 and was admitted to the United States Supreme Court bar in 2010.

Jane has become known for her deep knowledge and experience in estate planning and elder law over her career. She has been recognized by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils and received the “Best of the Best” award in 2019. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and has served in leadership roles within the Bristol County Estate Planning Council.
