Jane E. Sullivan founded her own law practice, Law Offices of Jane E. Sullivan, in Fall River, Massachusetts, in 1996, focusing on elder and estate planning law. Jane graduated as valedictorian from BMC Durfee High School in 1978. She earned her B.A. summa cum laude from Boston College in 1982. Following that, she received her J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1985. She was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1985 and was admitted to the United States Supreme Court bar in 2010.
Jane has become known for her deep knowledge and experience in estate planning and elder law over her career. She has been recognized by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils and received the “Best of the Best” award in 2019. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and has served in leadership roles within the Bristol County Estate Planning Council.
