Jamie N. Conway

Jamie N. Conway is an associate in the Anchorage office of Stoel Rives LLP and works with the firm’s Corporate group. Conway supports business and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other corporate work. She served as Chief Articles Editor of the Idaho Law Review, received the Award of Legal Achievement for ranking first in her class, and made the Dean’s List. She earned a B.S., Economics, from the University of Idaho in 2018, summa cum laude, and was a Dean’s List student and National Merit Scholar.

Conway joined Stoel Rives after gaining experience as a law clerk, legal intern, and research assistant. She has participated on corporate teams handling significant transactions, including a strategic minority investment involving a veterinary hospital and practice acquisition company with operations across the United States. Her role in corporate matters requires close attention to diligence, documentation, closing conditions, and coordination among clients, counterparties, and other advisors as transactions progress from planning through completion.
