A native Floridian, James graduated from Manatee High School before earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University. He later attended Gonzaga University, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1979. His academic background in both finance and law provides him with a unique perspective when guiding clients through complex estate planning, trust administration, and property-related issues.
After completing his legal education, James returned to Bradenton to establish his own law firm, where he has practiced continuously since 1980.
