James T. Laura, Jr., also known as Jay Laura, is the founder of MORE 2 YOU LAW, PC, where he focuses on personal injury litigation. Licensed to practice in both Alabama and Florida, he is committed to helping injury victims pursue maximum compensation while offering a client-centered approach designed to provide quality legal representation at competitive rates. Before founding his firm, he served as Managing Partner of a regional law firm, helping expand its operations across five states.
Mr. Laura received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina before graduating with his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Alabama and Florida, representing clients in a wide range of personal injury matters.
Mr. Laura has built his practice around advocating for individuals injured by the negligence of others since establishing MORE 2 YOU LAW, PC,. His experience in firm leadership, combined with his focus on plaintiff-side litigation, has enabled him to represent clients throughout the Southeast while emphasizing personalized service and strong case results.
