Gabriela Watson is a partner at Watson & Watson, Attorneys-at-Law in Albertville, Alabama. During law school, she gained experience in elder law, wills and trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, property and financial needs, government benefits, and civil legal aid through clinical work and Legal Services of Alabama.
Watson’s experience includes family-based immigration matters, complex deportation defense, green card and citizenship applications, initial visa filings, visa extensions, consular processing, I-601 and I-601A waivers, T and U visas, and VAWA petitions. She has represented individuals in deportation matters, bond hearings, and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals. Her broader practice also includes vehicle and truck accident claims, adoption and guardianship proceedings, divorce, and custody matters.
Gabriela Watson is active in the Alabama legal community and has served in several leadership and service roles. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation, and the Marshall County Bar Association. Her service has included serving as president of the Marshall County Bar Association, as a board member of CAJA of Marshall County, and as a board member of the Marshall County Indigent Defense Advisory Board.
