James Randall

James Randall has practiced law in Olympia since 2001, focusing on business law, real estate, and debtor-creditor matters. His work is evenly divided between litigation and transactional services. He represents clients in state and federal courts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and administrative proceedings. James earned his J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Washington. In his transactional practice, James has negotiated and completed a wide range of business and real estate deals. James Randall also regularly handles debtor-creditor matters. He represents banks, credit unions, private lenders, and commercial creditors in enforcing their rights, including commercial foreclosures and receiverships. He has represented creditors and debtors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 cases and advised on loan workouts and debt renegotiation.
