In his transactional practice, James has negotiated and completed a wide range of business and real estate deals. He has formed business entities ranging from single-member companies to complex multi-member organizations with significant holdings. He has also completed hundreds of real estate transactions, helping clients structure deals that align with their financial and operational objectives.

James Randall also regularly handles debtor-creditor matters. He represents banks, credit unions, private lenders, and commercial creditors in enforcing their rights, including commercial foreclosures and receiverships. He has represented creditors and debtors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 cases and advised on loan workouts and debt renegotiation. Known as a thoughtful and pragmatic adviser, James works to understand each client’s challenges and develop clear, effective strategies to achieve their goals.
