About
Jake Lee is the founder and Managing Attorney of True North Injury Law and represents Utah clients in personal injury matters. His practice includes car accidents, semi-truck collisions, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other serious accident claims. His work is centered on representing injured people and families in disputes where medical consequences, liability evidence, and the financial effects of an injury can become important parts of the case.
Jake graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Art degree and later earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law. During law school, he received the Distinguished Advocate award in trial competition and served as a student ambassador. His legal training, combined with a practice focused on accident litigation, supports his work in evaluating injury claims, preparing evidence, and presenting serious cases involving significant medical and financial losses.
Jake previously founded Summit Disability Law Group and later worked at Christensen & Hymas, now known as Good Guys Injury Law, where he became managing attorney. His current work emphasizes car accidents, semi-truck collisions, and catastrophic brain and spinal injuries. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Utah Association for Justice and has participated in the organization’s legislative work.
Jake Lee has received recognition from The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 attorney and from Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. His practice remains focused on representing people harmed in serious accidents and preparing claims that can require detailed medical evidence, liability analysis, negotiation, and litigation. His professional activities connect his client work with broader participation in Utah trial advocacy.
