Jeremy Stuart

Jeremy Stuart is a founding partner at Allred Vogt & Stuart and a Utah trial lawyer focused on personal injury cases. His practice includes auto accidents, truck accidents, construction injuries, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, slip-and-fall claims, and wrongful death matters. He represents injured people in cases that can require medical evidence, liability investigation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation when a dispute cannot be resolved informally.

Jeremy earned a B.A. in Business Finance from the University of Utah in 2008 and a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2011. His finance background and legal education support a practice involving the economic consequences of serious injuries as well as the legal analysis required to establish fault, damages, and responsibility in personal injury litigation.

Jeremy previously worked on the defense side of civil litigation, representing major insurers, trucking interests, building-supply companies, retailers, and other businesses. He now applies that experience to injury claims for plaintiffs. He has obtained successful jury verdicts in cases involving slip-and-fall injuries, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful death. He is admitted in Utah and before the US District Court for the District of Utah.

His practice combines experience defending civil claims with current work for injured clients, giving him familiarity with the methods used to investigate and contest liability and damages.
