Jake Froetschner plays a key support role in assisting both Indiana Estate & Elder Law attorneys and clients. Known as a “Jake of All Trades,” he helps ensure daily operations run smoothly while providing friendly and reliable service to everyone who walks through the door.
Jake greets clients, answers questions, and assists with notarizing documents. He prepares Estate Binders, scans files, and organizes the firm’s file room to ensure accurate, accessible records. He also records deeds with county recorder’s offices and helps assemble binders for Trust plans. After Signing Meetings, he ensures all documents are properly scanned and stored.
Jake earned his associate’s degree in criminal justice from Ivy Tech Community College Hamilton County Campus after graduating from Garden City High School in Kansas. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in Estate Planning and Elder Law, which led him to pursue a career in this field.
Jake manages front desk responsibilities in the evenings and handles phone calls during later office hours. His attention to detail and willingness to assist with a wide range of tasks make him a dependable resource for both clients and colleagues.
