Tanner graduated magna cum laude from Indiana Wesleyan University in December 2012. He earned his J.D. from Indiana University’s Maurer School of Law in 2016. During law school, he competed in the Sherman Minton Moot Court competition and served as an Associate on the Indiana Law Journal. He also completed legal internships with private defense contracting corporations and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
