K. Mac Bracewell

K. Mac Bracewell is a shareholder at Rogers Towers and a key member of the firm’s Estates and Trusts Department. His legal practice is concentrated in estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning, fiduciary and beneficiary representation, estate and guardianship litigation, and private wealth services. He advises clients on corporate and individual income tax matters, nonprofit compliance, and asset protection strategies.

Mr. Bracewell earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University in 2003, followed by his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Samford University in 2008. He then completed his Master of Laws in Taxation at the University of Florida in 2010, equipping him with deep expertise in complex tax and estate planning matters.

With a comprehensive understanding of personal and corporate legal structures, Mr. Bracewell works closely with clients to navigate the intricacies of high-net-worth estate planning, charitable giving, business succession, and trust administration. He is admitted to practice in both Florida and Alabama. He appears before state courts, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
