Jacob D. Dawson

Jacob D. Dawson is a South Dakota attorney who represents clients in business, probate, family law, criminal defense, real estate, and civil litigation matters. Mr. Dawson earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota College of Arts and Sciences in 2014, majoring in chemistry with a minor in biology. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota School of Law in spring 2017, completing rigorous legal training. After law school, Mr. Dawson was admitted to practice law in South Dakota during the summer of 2017. He began his legal career working with retired attorney Thomas Issenhuth, gaining direct experience in client representation, case preparation, and the practical responsibilities of serving people with varied legal concerns and priorities.

In February 2018, Mr. Dawson joined the Lammers  Kleibacker, Dawson & Miller, LLP, where his practice continued to grow through steady work on transactional and litigation matters.
