Jaclyn M. Flint

Jaclyn M. She handles trademark, copyright, right of publicity, trade dress, and trade secret matters. Jaclyn earned her B.A. in Communication from Purdue University in 2012. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, and an Intellectual Property Law Graduate Certificate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2015. She served as an Executive Articles Editor for Indiana Law Review. She was admitted to practice in Indiana in 2015. Her admissions include federal district courts, the Seventh Circuit, and the US Supreme Court.

Jaclyn advises clients on name, image, and likeness issues involving collegiate athletes and opportunities. She provides pro bono counsel to a nonprofit NIL collective supporting Purdue University student-athletes. She has also advised businesses engaging athletes in marketing activities and assisted with terms for software supporting NIL opportunities. She previously gained judicial experience as a federal law clerk. Her clerkship provided insight into litigation strategy, court procedure, and judicial decision-making.
