Mr. Bernstein earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1983. While studying law, he clerked for the late Manuel A. Crespo, Esq., then-President of the Cuban American Bar Association and a respected Circuit Court Judge. Under Judge Crespo’s mentorship, he gained practical insights into client advocacy and the importance of integrity and respect in the legal profession.

Before law school, Mr. Bernstein graduated cum laude from the State University of New York, majoring in accounting with minors in economics and politics. His academic background provides a strong analytical foundation that enhances his legal strategy and decision-making, particularly in complex litigation and financial matters.

Admitted to practice in Florida, Nevada, and several federal courts—including the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits—Mr. Bernstein represents clients with a breadth of jurisdictional knowledge and courtroom experience.
