Amy L. Cueller

For more than three decades, Amy L. Cueller has focused her legal practice on protecting intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks. She is among the few attorneys in Indiana to handle inter partes litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in Washington, D.C., giving clients a distinct advantage in high-stakes trademark disputes.

Amy earned her Juris Doctor in 1989 from Indiana University School of Law — Indianapolis. She is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, several U.S. District Courts including those in Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Amy’s broad litigation experience spans across commercial disputes, environmental and surface mining issues, utility conflicts, and real estate matters. She also works on complex insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims.
