Ramil A. Kaminsky, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Partner of RAK Law, where he leads a dynamic team skilled in business litigation, construction disputes, and first-party property claims. With more than 600 successfully managed cases, he is recognized for achieving results through strategic advocacy and legal excellence across Florida.

Ramil earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where he received the Mark L. Levine Award and the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for outstanding achievement. Before that, he graduated from the Honors College at the University of South Florida with dual degrees in Psychology and Biomedical Sciences. He also served as President of the Calvin A. Kuenzel Student Bar Association and the Jewish Law Student Association, demonstrating his early leadership and commitment to service.

A Board Certified Construction Attorney—a distinction held by fewer than five percent of Florida attorneys—Ramil is widely respected for his mastery of construction law. Before founding RAK Law in 2018, he gained invaluable experience as in-house counsel for insurance and restoration companies, developing legal frameworks and managing complex litigation.
