Kyle Hooper

Kyle Hooper is a corporate lawyer with deep experience in mergers, acquisitions, and tax matters. He represents clients in complex business transactions and provides guidance on corporate, partnership, and individual taxation at both the federal and state levels. His work also includes helping companies with business structuring, contracts, governance, and financing. In addition to being a licensed attorney in Texas, Hooper is a Certified Public Accountant.

Hooper has advised on a wide range of major deals throughout his career. These include the sale of a controlling interest in the Dallas Mavericks, a $421 million merger involving Lyco Energy Corporation, and the sale of SkinCeuticals, Inc. to L’Oréal USA. He also played key roles in transactions with companies such as RamQuest Software, TruLogica, Collegiate Pacific, and Hotels.com.
