J. Kyle Hendrickson is a partner at Lonabaugh and Riggs, LLP, where his practice emphasizes oil and gas, real estate, civil litigation, and business and estate planning. Since joining the firm, he has represented clients in complex disputes and transactions, delivering effective solutions across multiple industries. He became a partner in 2020 and has quickly established himself as a trusted advocate for businesses and individuals.
Kyle earned his J.D., with honor, from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2015, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the Wyoming Law Review Editorial Board. During law school, he also externed for the Honorable William U. Hill of the Wyoming Supreme Court and received the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal of Excellence. He earned his B.A. from Georgia Southwestern State University.
Kyle is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Montana, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. His courtroom experience includes notable decisions such as Chesapeake Expl., LLC v. Morton Prod. Co., LLC and Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC v. Ghidorzi. His strong background in litigation and transactional work allows him to serve diverse clients, from landowners to corporations, with thorough preparation and practical strategies that achieve meaningful results.
Outside his law practice, J. Kyle Hendrickson is actively involved in civic and professional leadership.
