J. Kyle Hendrickson is a partner at Lonabaugh and Riggs, LLP, where his practice emphasizes oil and gas, real estate, civil litigation, and business and estate planning. Kyle earned his J.D., with honor, from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2015, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the Wyoming Law Review Editorial Board. During law school, he also externed for the Honorable William U. Hill of the Wyoming Supreme Court and received the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal of Excellence. He earned his B.A. from Georgia Southwestern State University.
Kyle is admitted to practice in Wyoming, Montana, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming. His courtroom experience includes notable decisions such as Chesapeake Expl., LLC v. Morton Prod. Co., LLC and Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC v. Ghidorzi.
