J.J. Lee

J.J. Lee is an intellectual property lawyer, principal, and founder at Trademark Lawyer Law Firm, PLLC, who helps entrepreneurs, founders, creators, and businesses protect names, logos, slogans, and other brand assets. He has more than 15 years of trademark law experience. His work covers trademark strategy, federal applications, Office Action responses, enforcement, and portfolio management. He handles matters involving likelihood-of-confusion refusals, descriptiveness issues, specimens, cease-and-desist letters, coexistence agreements, and marketplace or domain takedowns.

Lee earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA in Los Angeles.
