Jie (Jane) Li is the founder and principal attorney of InnoShield Law Firm in Sacramento, California. She also worked at an Am Law 100 international firm on trademark infringement, cybersquatting, copyright, unfair competition, and antitrust disputes. Earlier, as Senior In-House Counsel at Procter & Gamble, she managed intellectual property portfolios, enforcement matters, commercial agreements, advertising compliance, and privacy issues involving cross-border data transfers.

Jie (Jane) Li has filed and prosecuted more than 250 U.S. trademark applications and has handled trademark oppositions, enforcement actions, licensing matters, and cross-border disputes. Her representative experience includes prevailing in a WIPO UDRP proceeding to recover an infringing domain name and obtaining a pretrial injunction protecting a significant investment. Ms. Li combines intellectual property experience, commercial understanding, and cross-border knowledge to help businesses protect brands, creative assets, and long-term commercial interests.
