J. Devlan Geddes

J. Devlan Geddes is a litigation attorney in Bozeman, Montana. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex disputes involving contracts, partnerships, property, securities, and personal injury. Devlan began his legal career in Seattle, where he focused on intellectual property and commercial litigation. After returning to Bozeman in 2002, he built a broad litigation practice. His representative matters include natural gas royalty disputes, securities fraud claims, construction and partnership cases, and public access litigation. In a class action involving condominium owners at Big Sky Resort, he secured class certification. The case later settled for $25 million, along with relief that ended an exclusive rental management requirement.
