J. Christopher Carraway has built a distinguished career as a dedicated intellectual property litigator since 1995. He has represented major technology clients, including Microsoft, Amazon, and SAP, in high-stakes patent litigation cases across federal courts nationwide, focusing on software, hardware, and e-commerce-related technologies.

Chris earned his B.S. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. He went on to receive his J.D. with High Honors from Duke University School of Law in 1995, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He later served as a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Bryson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Chris has extensive experience litigating before district courts in states such as Texas, California, New York, and Oregon. He has handled numerous claim construction and summary judgment hearings and has argued appeals before the Federal Circuit. His background includes defending against both copyright and trademark infringement claims.
