Irena Juras

Irena Juras is the founder of Juras Law Firm, PLC in Phoenix, Arizona. Irena focuses on US business immigration and international business matters while assisting families with immigration and citizenship concerns. She represents entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, and families from the United States and abroad. Her work includes extraordinary ability cases, national interest waivers, investor visas and green cards, O and P visas, family immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization.

Irena earned an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Arizona and holds a Mgr., described as a J.D. equivalent, from Masaryk University Faculty of Law in the Czech Republic. She earned an M.S. in Psychology from Utah State University. Her education spans civil-law and common-law systems, giving her a broad academic foundation for cross-border legal work involving immigration, international clients, and business-related matters.

Irena practiced commercial law before immigrating to the United States and later served as a law clerk to the Honorable James M. Marlar, US Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Arizona. She founded her firm in 2004. Her immigration practice includes EB-1 extraordinary ability matters, national interest waivers, E-1 and E-2 investor visas, EB-5 cases, and O and P visas for athletes and entertainers, along with marriage and family immigration matters.

Irena Juras is licensed in Arizona and New York and is admitted before the US District Court for the District of Arizona. She has served as Chair of the State Bar of Arizona International Law Section. Her practice combines immigration, international business, and cross-border perspective, helping clients address legal requirements connected to investment, professional opportunity, family unity, permanent residence, and citizenship while navigating the US immigration system.
