Inna Fershteyn

Inna Fershteyn is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Office of Inna Fershteyn & Associates, P.C., a leading law firm focused on estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and Medicaid fraud defense. For over 22 years, she has served clients across New York with trusted legal counsel and an unmatched track record in closing complex estate and Medicaid-related cases.

Inna earned her B.M. in Music Business and Technology from New York University in 1995, graduating magna cum laude. She later earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1998, graduating cum laude and was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif.

Inna launched her legal career at leading national law firms Bryan Cave LLP and Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP, concentrating on corporate finance and trusts and estates. She later founded her own law firm to deliver personalized, results-driven legal services for individuals, families, and businesses. Today, her practice focuses on wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, guardianship, Medicaid planning, and elder law.

Inna has represented estates valued up to $60 million, established private foundations, and advised both domestic and international clients. Her past work includes representation of high-profile companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Compugen, and Intershoe in complex legal matters.

As a New York State Certified Mediator with over 600 hours of experience, Inna also provides business mediation services and is fluent in both Russian and Ukrainian. She has been consistently recognized with industry honors, including the 2023 New York Metro Super Lawyers list and multiple awards for excellence in estate planning and Medicaid fraud defense.
