Jill Morgan Santiago is the owner and managing attorney of JMS Law Ltd., where she focuses on estate planning, real estate transactions, and small business law. Based in Providence, Rhode Island, Ms. Santiago is dedicated to helping individuals and families safeguard their hard-earned assets, navigate property transactions, and build a strong foundation for long-term financial security. Ms. Santiago earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from Post University. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and serving as a staff editor for the Law Review.

Ms. Santiago has been working in the legal field since 1997. Over the years, she has gained experience in small and large law firms, corporate legal departments, and a major financial institution. After focusing for many years on real estate and civil litigation, she founded JMS Law Ltd. in 2017. The COVID-19 pandemic inspired her to pivot toward estate planning, recognizing the urgent need for families to prepare for the future and protect their assets.

Now, Ms. Santiago helps clients across Rhode Island and Massachusetts with estate plans that include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Her services also support real estate buyers and sellers, and she offers legal guidance for entrepreneurs looking to start or grow a small business.

Jill Morgan Santiago is a member of both the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations and is the only attorney in Rhode Island affiliated with the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys.
