Ian Reagan is an attorney in the Memphis office of Baker Donelson, where he focuses on litigation and dispute resolution. He represents clients in commercial litigation, municipal defense, contractual disputes, and complex matters at both the state and federal levels across a range of industries.
Ian earned his J.D. cum laude from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for The University of Memphis Law Review. He holds a B.A. from Rhodes College and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2023.
During law school, Ian externed for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and served as a Dean’s Writing Fellow. He was granted a limited legal license to practice in Tennessee through his work with the University of Memphis Neighborhood Preservation Clinic, where he managed housing cases and appeared in Shelby County Environmental Court.
Before joining the firm, Ian worked as a subrogation analyst at a Memphis law firm, gaining early legal experience in ERISA and healthcare law. His background adds depth to his current litigation practice, particularly in regulatory and insurance-adjacent matters.
Ian Reagan supports clients in the manufacturing, real estate, and retail sectors, assisting with business litigation, intellectual property issues, and mergers and acquisitions. His growing practice is grounded in a strong understanding of procedural strategy, legal research, and advocacy.
