Brett Trembly

Brett Trembly, Esq., is the founding partner of Trembly Law Firm and a recognized leader in South Florida’s legal and business communities. His practice centers on business law, franchise law, employment law, trademarks, and litigation, where he has built a reputation for protecting and advancing the interests of business owners. Brett is also experienced in serving as outside general counsel, providing comprehensive guidance to companies of all sizes.

Brett earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2008, where he received the Dean of Students Award, served as Vice-Chair of the Law Student Advisory Committee, and competed on the Mock Trial Team. He completed his undergraduate studies at Eastern New Mexico University in 2005, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a focus on Public Relations, and a minor in Spanish. These experiences refined his advocacy, leadership, and communication skills, laying the groundwork for his successful legal career.

Within the legal profession, Brett has held significant leadership roles, including serving as President of the Miami-Kendall Bar Association and Vice Chair of the Florida Bar 11th Circuit Grievance Committee. He also volunteers for the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Mentoring Program, the Dade County Bar Association’s Rainmakers Committee, and Miami-Dade County’s Ethical Governance Day. His professional accomplishments have earned him repeated recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and later as a Super Lawyer in Florida.

Beyond the courtroom, Brett Trembly demonstrates his commitment to service and leadership through community involvement. He is Past-President of the Rotary Club of Miami, Vice-President of the Rotary Foundation of Miami, Inc., and has served in leadership roles for local business associations. With proven skill and dedication, Brett continues to guide businesses with trusted counsel and advocacy.
