Ian E. Osking

Ian E. Osking is a dedicated Florida attorney known for his broad civil and business law practice. As a fifth-generation Floridian and lifelong Treasure Coast resident, he is committed to serving his community with professionalism and care. His work spans real estate, title insurance, probate and trust litigation, and complex civil disputes, where he focuses on practical strategies and lasting client relationships.

Ian began his academic journey at Fort Pierce Westwood High School before earning both his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Jacksonville University in 2010 and 2011. While at JU, he was a four-year starter on the football team, demonstrating leadership and perseverance. He later attended Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor through a dual degree program, graduating with a certificate in business law.

Ian returned to his hometown after law school to provide personalized legal guidance rooted in local insight. His practice includes real property transactions, contract law, eminent domain, business disputes, and landlord-tenant issues. He is admitted to the Florida Bar (2016) and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida (2017), and remains an active member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Ian has been recognized for his professionalism and high ethical standards. He has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble, reflecting the esteem of his peers, and has repeatedly been selected to the Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers.
