Franchesca Marrero

Franchesca Marrero is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Rodríguez | Marrero, P.A., where she represents clients across Florida in insurance and personal injury litigation. Her practice includes cases involving premises liability, automobile negligence, disability and life insurance, ERISA benefits, and civil rights law. Franchesca is known for her strategic advocacy, meticulous preparation, and unwavering commitment to securing justice for her clients.

Franchesca earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she also served as an executive editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and articles editor for the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal. She received her B.A. in Economic Theory and Mathematics from New York University and her A.A. from the Honors College at Miami Dade College. These academic achievements reflect her analytical precision and strong intellectual foundation.

Before co-founding her firm, Franchesca gained valuable experience working at two prestigious New York City law firms and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable George B. Daniels of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. She also interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, gaining hands-on experience in federal and state litigation.

Admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Franchesca Marrero is an active member of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.
