Howard R. Brill is the founder of the firm and a leading immigration attorney with more than 35 years of experience delivering high-quality legal representation across the United States. Howard earned his Juris Doctor from Touro Law School after completing his B.A. in Psychology at Hofstra University and an M.A. in Psychology from New York University. He also pursued advanced postgraduate studies in Psychology at NYU. This unique academic foundation enables him to reduce client stress and thoroughly prepare them for immigration interviews and court proceedings.

Admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, Howard has argued cases in numerous jurisdictions and served as a mediator and arbitrator in both district and appellate courts. He is a respected speaker at immigration seminars and actively supports pro bono legal services for immigrant communities.
