Mrs. Saddik Jimenez holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from San Jose State University. Mrs. Saddik has represented clients throughout her career in a wide range of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, fiancée visas, waivers, adjustment of status, and naturalization applications with complex issues. Before establishing her own practice, she served as a Staff Attorney at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, where she handled a diverse range of immigration matters and represented clients in both administrative and court proceedings. She also led community outreach programs and delivered “Know Your Rights” presentations in Spanish to help educate and empower immigrant communities.
