Heidi Parker

Heidi earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1999. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin, which she received in 1995. In addition to her legal training, she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, as certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
