Heidi earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1999. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin, which she received in 1995. In addition to her legal training, she is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, as certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. This dual background in law and accounting enhances her ability to advise clients on both legal and financial aspects of intellectual property and corporate matters.

Throughout her career, Heidi has built extensive experience working with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Copyright Office.
