Holly R. Davis

Holly R. Davis is a founding partner of Kirker Davis LLP and an Austin family law trial attorney with more than 18 years of experience. Her practice focuses on high-asset divorce, business and professional divorce, and complex litigation. She represents high-net-worth couples and families throughout Central Texas and has handled matters involving multimillion-dollar and billion-dollar estates, family businesses, and young professionals. Her work also includes trial consulting, and she regularly provides legal analysis for national media outlets.

Holly earned a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law after completing a B.A. in Communications and Political Science at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. Her legal education developed the advocacy, analysis, and courtroom skills that support her family law and litigation practice. She has built on that training through years of trial work involving financially complex divorces, contested family disputes, and matters requiring detailed preparation, strategic judgment, and careful attention to client goals.
