John Wade Gaddis

John Wade Gaddis is a Shareholder at Lyons Gaddis, P.C. with more than 45 years of legal experience in Northern Colorado. John earned a J.D. from the University of Colorado and a B.A. from the University of Colorado. Over decades of practice, he has applied that training to changing legal and economic conditions in Boulder County and throughout Northern Colorado, where business growth and real estate development have created increasingly complex legal needs.

John has handled residential real estate transactions, farm and ranch matters, and large-scale commercial and residential developments.
