About
Erin C. Pierce is a shareholder at Lyons Gaddis, P.C. whose practice focuses on general civil litigation and family law. Erin represents clients in contested matters requiring careful analysis, practical strategy, and effective advocacy. Her background in business management, product development, regulatory compliance, and risk management also provides perspective when advising business clients. She helps clients evaluate legal issues, identify practical solutions, and navigate disputes through negotiation, litigation, or other appropriate processes.
Erin earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2018, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top 10 percent of her class. She previously earned an MBA from Western Washington University in 2005. Her combination of legal and business education supports a practice involving civil disputes, domestic relations matters, and business concerns that may require both legal analysis and practical commercial judgment.
Before law school, Erin worked in brand management and product development for a publicly traded over-the-counter drug manufacturer. She managed marketing, FDA compliance, trademarks, product development, and risk issues involving more than 300 product SKUs. During law school, she worked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Denver and Dentons in Honolulu and represented clients through the University of Colorado Civil Practice Clinic. She later clerked for Judge Thomas F. Mulvahill on civil, domestic relations, and probate matters.
Erin C. Pierce received the Boulder County Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in 2024 and currently serves on the association’s Board of Directors.
