He handles commercial and residential real estate matters, including multi-family and subdivision developments, as well as the acquisition, sale, and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties. He also advises lenders and borrowers on real estate financing and regularly provides legal opinions for complex deals.
Mr. Hink earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 1988. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Arizona, which he earned in 1984.
