Holly A. Dyer

Holly A. Dyer is a partner at Foulston Siefkin LLP, where she focuses her practice on commercial, complex, and general litigation. She has extensive trial and appellate experience, including multiple jury trials and administrative proceedings. Her cases have involved trade secrets, tortious interference, commercial transactions, breach of contract, noncompete agreements, consumer protection, professional malpractice, attorney ethics, and employment matters.

Ms. Dyer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1994, graduating with Order of the Coif honors. She served as Articles Editor for the Kansas Law Review and received the Samuel Mellinger Leadership Award. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, magna cum laude, from Wichita State University. She is admitted to practice in Kansas, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Ms. Dyer’s work has earned her recognition as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and as a member of the American Law Institute. She is consistently listed in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers®, The Best Lawyers in America®, and Benchmark Litigation, which has named her a Kansas “Litigation Star” since 2013. She was also selected among the Top 250 Women in Litigation in the United States in 2013, 2016, and 2017.

Holly A. Dyer has served as President of the Wichita Bar Association and is a member of its Ethics and Grievance Committee. She also serves on Foulston’s Ethics Committee, and is active in the Sedona Conference Working Groups on electronic discovery and trade secrets, as well as the Defense Research Institute.
