Mark T. Davis

Mark T. Davis is a seasoned real estate lawyer with more than 35 years of experience representing developers, lenders, and businesses. As a partner in the corporate practice, he focuses on guiding clients through real estate developments and transactions, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, foreclosures, and zoning issues. His counsel spans projects involving shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use facilities, healthcare properties, hotels, and manufacturing sites.

Mr. Davis earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from Samford University before earning his J.D., summa cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and was named to Curia Honoris. Licensed in Mississippi, he also holds admissions to the U.S. District Courts for both the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi.

In addition to his client work, Mr. Davis has served as an adjunct professor at Mississippi College, where he has taught real estate law since 2010. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and is actively involved with industry groups such as the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Land Title Association of Mississippi. His professional contributions reflect his commitment to both practice and education.
