About
Hector Esquivel is an attorney and founding partner who serves clients in the Denver metropolitan area and the Hilton Head Island region of South Carolina. His work includes criminal defense and car accident cases, and he has been an advocate for immigrants’ rights, particularly within Hispanic communities. He helps people address legal problems that can affect their freedom, finances, and families.
Hector earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina in 1998. He is licensed to practice in South Carolina, Georgia, and Colorado, including state and federal courts, according to his professional profile. Early in his career, he worked at two law firms near his alma mater. He later helped establish a practice serving people in South Carolina’s Jasper and Beaufort counties.
Hector has defended hundreds of clients in criminal matters. He has also handled car accident cases involving claims against insurance companies. After building his practice in South Carolina, he expanded his work to the greater Denver area to serve clients seeking legal representation there. His experience with criminal defense and immigrants’ rights helps him recognize when one legal issue could affect another part of a client’s life.
Hector Esquivel has served on the boards of the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry, Lowcountry Legal Aid, the Latin American Council, and Neighborhood Outreach Connection. He has also built a Spanish-speaking team to help clients communicate about their legal concerns. His community service and legal work reflect a long-standing commitment to making representation accessible to the people he serves.
