Haynes Maier Studstill

Haynes M. Studstill is a Georgia personal injury attorney devoted to helping injury victims after serious accidents and tragedies. Born and raised in Rome, Georgia, she attended Darlington School and graduated from the Culver Academies in 1994. Her practice focuses on car accidents, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, premises liability, and products liability.

Haynes earned her B.S., Human & Organizational Development (Cum Laude), Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, 1998. She later received her J.D. (Magna Cum Laude), Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, 2007. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Mercer Law Review, was inducted into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, and received the Faculty Award for Outstanding Legal Writing.

Haynes spent several years working as a journalist before entering the legal field. She worked at WRC-TV in Washington, D.C., WSMV Channel 4 in Nashville, and later became the Life Editor of The Brunswick News. She also worked with Cowboy Publishing Group’s Horsecity.com and its print publications before pursuing law.

Haynes began her legal career with King & Spalding, LLP, and also served as a Summer Clerk for The Hon. C. Ashley Royal in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. She later helped form the Studstill Firm, LLP, and has devoted her full practice to representing injury victims.

Haynes M. Studstill is admitted to practice in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court Middle District of Georgia, the U.S. District Court Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Supreme Court.
