Eric Roden is a founding partner and CEO who has represented injury victims throughout his legal career. Based in Charleston, SC, he has never represented insurance companies. His practice focuses on wrongful death, automobile accidents, nursing home negligence, and workers’ compensation claims.
Eric Roden earned his B.A. from the University of Georgia, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Order of Omega Greek Honor Society, and served as Vice President of Phi Kappa Psi. He later received his J.D., University of Georgia School of Law, graduating Cum Laude, where he served as Executive Vice-Chair of the Mock Trial Board and earned honors in national competitions.
Eric Roden became a founding partner of Roden Law in 2013. Throughout his career, he has focused on maximizing recoveries for individuals harmed by negligent or malicious conduct. His work reflects a commitment to thorough preparation and determined advocacy for clients who have suffered serious injuries or loss.
Eric Roden is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and a Registered Mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. His civic involvement includes the William Jay Society, Telfair Museum, and Launch SAVANNAH.
Eric Roden has also contributed to legal education through published works, including presentations on workers’ compensation recovery and secondary liability issues.
