Harvey began his legal education by earning a B.A. from the University of Colorado in 1975, followed by a J.D. from the University of Colorado in 1978, graduating with distinction. Admitted to practice in Colorado and the U.S. District Court in 1978 and later in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1985, Harvey brings decades of legal experience to every case he handles.

Before entering private practice, Harvey served as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s 18th Judicial District from 1978 to 1985.
