Deandra M. Grant

Deandra M. Grant is a seasoned criminal defense attorney recognized for her deep experience in DWI and complex criminal cases. Deandra started her education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trinity University. She then earned her Juris Doctor from the SMU School of Law. Continuing her education, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Toxicology from the University of Florida’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science – Forensic Science concentration from the University of Florida’s College of Pharmacy.

Deandra began her legal career at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, first as an intern and then as a prosecutor. In 1995, she shifted her focus to criminal defense and founded her own law firm. Since then, Deandra has become a leading DWI defense lawyer, known for combining aggressive legal strategy with in-depth scientific analysis to challenge blood and breath test evidence in court. Deandra’s technical training includes coursework in forensic chromatography, drug analysis, and toxicology.
