Harry E. Wigner, Jr. is senior counsel in Lathrop GPM’s Real Estate group in Overland Park, Kansas. He works with corporations, family-owned businesses, developers, financial institutions, nonprofits, health care organizations, and universities. His practice covers real estate acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development, alongside corporate transactions. With more than four decades of experience, he advises clients on agreements and regulatory issues that influence major property and business decisions.

Harry earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 1980. He received a B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1977, graduating with highest distinction and honors. His undergraduate recognitions included Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. This academic background, combined with a long commercial practice, supports his work across real estate, corporate law, and the financial structures underlying development projects.
