Harry D. Boul

Harry D. Boul has built a legal career centered on bankruptcy law, helping individuals and businesses manage serious financial challenges. His practice focuses on guiding clients through bankruptcy processes with clarity and steady direction, drawing on long-standing experience in both state and federal court systems.

Harry completed his academic training with a strong focus on finance and law. He earned a B.S. (Dual Major) – Accounting and Finance, Univ. of Central Missouri 1970, developing a solid understanding of financial systems. He later earned his Juris Doctor, University of Missouri – Columbia in 1973, which prepared him for a career in bankruptcy practice.

Harry is a certified bankruptcy specialist through the American Board of Certification, the premier certification organization for bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorneys. He achieved certification in Consumer Bankruptcy Law in 1999 and Business Bankruptcy Law in 2004, reflecting advanced skill in handling both personal and commercial bankruptcy matters.

Harry remains actively involved in professional legal organizations that support the development of bankruptcy law. His memberships include the American Bankruptcy Institute, ABI Consumer Law Committee, Missouri Bar Association, Boone County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Commercial Law Committee.

Harry is admitted to practice before a wide range of courts, allowing him to represent clients at multiple levels. His admissions include the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and both U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Missouri.
