L. David McBride

David McBride is the founding attorney and president of McBride & Associates, P.C., where he provides expert legal services in estate planning, trusts and wills, business planning including LLCs and corporations, business mergers and acquisitions, probate, estate administration, and bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11, and 13). With over 25 years of experience, Mr. McBride has built a strong reputation for his dependable counsel and dedication to helping clients navigate complex legal matters.

Mr. McBride earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He then pursued legal studies at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and furthered his education at Queen’s College, Oxford, England. During his legal training, he received multiple academic awards, including the Harry Alley-Leroy Allen Prize, the Frank C. Love Memorial Scholarship, the ASCAP/Nathan Burken Memorial Prize, and the American Jurisprudence Award for International Law. Additionally, he was a member and editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, showcasing his strong legal writing and research skills.
