Harold Haddon is Special Counsel and a founding member of Haddon, Morgan & Foreman, P.C. With decades of experience, he represents individuals and companies in white-collar criminal defense, complex civil litigation, and government investigations. His deep trial expertise spans both state and federal courts across the United States.

Harold earned his Bachelor of Arts from Albion College in 1962, followed by a Master of Arts from the University of Michigan in 1963. He received his Juris Doctor from Duke University in 1966, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Duke Law Review. His academic achievements laid the foundation for an exceptional legal and advocacy career.

Before founding the firm in 1976, Harold served as Chief Trial Deputy for the Colorado Public Defender’s Office and taught criminal trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver School of Law. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, reflecting his dedication to excellence in trial practice.

Throughout his career, Harold has remained committed to reforming the criminal justice system. He has served on national committees and task forces of the American Bar Association and continues to lecture on litigation and justice topics nationwide. Active in civic and political service, he has held leadership roles on numerous nonprofit boards and managed major political campaigns in Colorado.
