Hannah Patterson

Hannah Patterson is an attorney with experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, government procurement, contracts, real estate law, and probate law. She has handled case work from intake through negotiation, supported litigation matters, and worked to help clients and organizations move legal matters forward with care and focus.

Hannah earned her Doctor of Law – JD from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, studying from August 2019 to April 2022. She also earned a Bachelor of Science – BS in Political Science and Government from Kennesaw State University, where she studied from August 2014 to August 2018 in Georgia.

Hannah worked as a Personal Injury Attorney with John Foy & Associates from December 2024 to December 2025. In that role, she managed a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through negotiation. She also negotiated six-figure settlements with insurance adjusters to help maximize client recovery after serious injury claims.

Hannah served as an Associate Attorney with The Gilchrist Law Firm, P.A. from June 2021 to December 2024. She helped increase revenue by supporting government procurement proposals and drafting bid package documents, including technical approaches and transmittal letters, for important legal, business, and client service related matters.

Hannah performed contract work for the Department of Labor, USDA NRCS, and Veterans Affairs in several practice areas. Her work included matters involving real estate law and probate law. This role helped her build experience with careful drafting, document review, and support for government-related legal projects and tasks.

Hannah also worked as an Associate Attorney with W. Calvin Smith, II, P.C. from July 2023 to May 2024. She managed a diverse caseload across pre-litigation and litigation personal injury matters, as well as workers’ compensation claims, handling cases from the start through final resolution for clients.
