Hallie D. Heath

Hallie D. Heath is a business lawyer and associate in Dykema’s Corporate Finance Practice Group who advises public and private companies throughout the business lifecycle. Her practice focuses on securities law, capital raising transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
