Haley Keene

Haley Keene is an associate attorney at Tilford Dobbins & Schmidt, PLLC in Louisville, Kentucky. Her practice focuses on family law, divorce, and intellectual property law matters. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the University of Cincinnati Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal. Her responsibilities included reviewing article submissions and preparing scholarship concerning copyright law for publication. She received the Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer Fellowship for research involving wrongful convictions and deaf and hearing-impaired communities.

Haley handles family law and divorce matters while developing her intellectual property practice. Her interests include copyright and trademark issues affecting individuals, creators, and businesses. Her law journal experience provided substantial exposure to intellectual property scholarship and legal research. She began working with Tilford Dobbins & Schmidt, PLLC as a law clerk in 2022. That experience provided familiarity with the firm before she transitioned into practice as an associate.

Haley Keene is licensed to practice in Kentucky courts. She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association. Her professional background combines family law practice with interests in copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property protection. She continues developing experience in these areas while representing clients from the firm’s Louisville office.
